The cami-style top is done in a super soft stretchy cotton and has an overlay of matching tulle. The skirt has a 100% matching cotton liner with a full layer of matching tulle. On top of that is a three tiers tutu done in three shades- Deep Lilac, Pink and Mist (a pale blue Gray). Lots of gathers in the tulle give a Sassy tutu style for your little diva. The top has adjustable straps, done in a matching satin elastic. The star of this piece is the Jeweled Seahorse on the front center.
