RARE FIND! Vintage Sharfman-Johnstad designer mini bag/evening bag in warm beige. The fabric has a beautiful subtle textured sheen to it. Sharfman-Johnstad designer handbags were sold at Neimann Marcus in the early 90’s. Sharfman-Johnstad was a 100% woman-owned company and Anna Johnstad was my neighbor! This American/Danish design team made very popular, high quality bags of all sizes out of premium fabrics and leather. Most of their handbags featured a singular artfully designed button made out of pewter or other high grade material. Because I bought this particular bag directly from the designer, she gave me the option to pick my own button; I never attached it but will of course include it (see photos for details). Designed in Venice Beach and meticulously manufactured out of Los Angeles. This simple mini bag transitions easily from daytime use into evening and travels really well. Perfect for a wedding! Where style meets elegance, it is feminine, lightweight, stain-resistant and really soft. Approximately 9" High x 6" Wide x 3-3/4" Deep.
