Hi I saw you rated my item 4/5 and said it needs to be cleaner.. what does that mean? Reviews are to state how well the item is compared to the listing and the item is perfect and the box has some marks but that’s in the description so what is wrong with the cleanliness of the product itself that was not known when purchased? Reviews matter so I need to know when future customers ask me when they see your review

@nae74 That is a issue with usps but you could’ve stated that the item got messed up in shipping and should try packing it better for that type of item otherwise someone reads needs to be clean and thinks the items are gross or used.. which item was it?
