RARE Dal Negro Treviso - Playing Card Game Poker‎ Set w/ Unique Enamel Top!

As you can see the top of the box has a very unique enamel design. There are a few chips in the enamel as shown. Everything shown in the photographs is what is in this listing. Nothing additional. I have research this set and I have found a few different varieties BUT I have not found one with a top like this - and that is why I have put this in an auction.
