*RARE* DEPARTMENT 56 M&M's Christmas Bakery Lighted House Building &‎ Candy Dish

Brand new sealed, and in the box! I did break the seal because I wanted to verify that it was in fact new which it is. This is a rare highly collectible department 56 Christmas bakery lighted ceramic village house with the candy dish. This was stored in a finished basement bedroom for 21 years and has a very slight musky/smoky odor that may or may not be noticeable to anybody else.
