The Peter Pan collar has a white organza pleated trim-just beautiful!!! A single blue bullion rose with a white center and green leaves is placed strategically where the collar sides join together in the center of the dress. A smocked panel is done with three rows of Argyle embroidery and has matching blue bullion roses placed evenly across the accordion smocking. A matching piping borders the top of the smocking for a tailored look. Short puff sleeves have a 3/4" banded hem, staying true to the tailored style. The back has a yoke with a three button closure.
