This Feltman Brothers Vintage Dress is a Classic!! The cotton blend dress is done in a beautiful pale blue with a hint of aqua. It has a fully smocked bodice. The upper bodice has a lattice design done in a contrasting blue embroidery. Clusters of blue bullion rosebuds with green leaves are placed evenly across the smocking between two rows of zig-zag borders done in white embroidery. The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a sweet cotton embroidered lace. The short puff sleeves have a matching band for a tailored look and have a matching embroidered lace trim. Sleeve hem can be folded up or down for two different looks. A tie back sash makes for a perfect fit. Upper button back closure. TIMELESS and ClASSY traditional, Heirloom dress.
