This New Feltman Brothers Blue Bishop Dress is size 3 Months is pure angelic! This particular embroidery design with sleeve combination is no longer produced, making it a rare find! This little Bishop dress has just the right detailing. The smocked neckline is adorned with blue, white and pastel green accents. Embroidered blue bullion rose buds with green leaves border the embroidered scalloped edge of the smocking. The scalloped border is done in a white and a contrasting blue embroidery.
