Shiny gold hardware. Black fabric lining. Magnetic snaps, interior pockets and zippers. Drawstring closure. No major defects or rips. However, note that there are some fading/color transfer/scratches/dirt as you can see in the pics, reflected in the price. You can try clean them up!
