RARE BETSEY JOHNSON Heart & Skull Cut-Out Mini Dress. Size S

This is a one of a kind dress. I use to design for Betsey Johnson, and this dress did not make it into production, so there is only 1! The fabric is a stretch, lightweight french terry. 95% Rayon 5% Spandex. There is no care label inside as this was a showroom sample. Has gathers at shoulders and elastic inside cuffs. Length 32” NEVER BEEN WORN. Mint condition. NWT
