In FAIR to GOOD pre-owned condition; dress looks like it may have been a rental worn once or twice. Normal to light signs of wear including a dozen or less light snags on the dress fabric including the top bodice seam, waist area and back hem areas. Maybe a local repair/dry cleaning shop can remedy the snags. The color is dark and does mask the light snags well.
