RARE #74686 Lemax Carole Towne 2008, Christmas Village, The Cha-Cha W/box Tested

LeMax Item gets stuck on some turns. The sound still plays but the people stop. I pushed them a little and it worked for a while then stalls. I think just needs some oil. Everything else works no problem. One crack in the front of the banister. One piece looks like glue was added. Please see Photos.
