(( measured flat )) size 42 EU / 9 US, can fit a 6/8 but will be lower on the hips top of hip/waist (top hem): 15.5in hips (middle): 19.5in knee/thigh area (bottom hem): 20.5in full length: 23.5in absolutely beautiful houndstooth design; made of 100% virgin wool, black silk trimmed w/ an asymmetrical slit. the inside has polyester lining, & there is a zipper on the back (goes half way). only the bottom few buttons undo, the others are stitched on. handcrafted in italy!
