RARE 2001 Lip Service Kiss This Fist Maxi Dress w/ Shrug

Gorgeous mesh + velvet Lip Service dress from the Kiss This Fist (2001) line, size medium. The mini version of this is a grail for tons of collectors, but I have not seen this version, nor with the shrug. Tried on by me. Original owner cut the tag from the shrug, but it’s obviously LS. True maxi dress. I’m 4’10 and it hits the floor, but is wearable with heels. I don’t wear this and it hangs in my wardrobe, and I’d like to sell to another collector!
