RARE 1980s era Norma Kamali Blue Peplum Dress w/Shoulder Pads, sz 12, but sizes were smaller then so please go by the below measurements (I think it would fit more like an 8/10). In Very Good used condition, but not excellent because there is a tiny hole near the buttons at the neckline (see last pic), which I’m sure can be mended/darned! Shoulder: 17" Waist: 13.5” Hip: 16.5” Length: 54”
