RARE 1940's Vintage Paden City Glass Barth Art Pelican 10" Crystal Glass Art

This is a rare vintage heavy glass Pelican made in the 1940's by Paden City Glass Company using a Harry Barth Art Company glass mold. These figurines are considered rare because only a limited amount were made. Pelican is about 10" tall and about 4" at it's widest point. Around the 1940's, Paden City Glass was commissioned to make some specialty glass items using Harry Barth molds and the Pelican was one of them. This is a vintage item and may show some signs of wear. This particular Pelican has one chip on the right corner of the foot. I have included a picture in the gallery. Someone who repairs glass may be able to smooth it slightly if desired. I chose to leave it. This item is from my Grandmother's Estate. She collected china and glassware for many, many years.
