RANT POST . * shipping in a timely manner *

It really grinds my gears, when a " posh seller" takes a week or more to ship items you purchase . And doesn't keep you updated TRUTHFULLY about the shipment. If you can't ship within a certain timeframe let YOUR customers know. Don't sit there and lie about it and expect me not to cancel my order ! It's called customer service ! Not that hard !
