The under layer is a classic short sleeve pullover with round neck. The cardigan is a little different, it is rounded at the bottom, has almost balloon sleeves, and a faux fur Vc collar. The color is sort of a periwinkle blue. I’m not sure if this is vintage, but it definitely has retro, old Hollywood style.
