Pewter Picture Frame Ornate by RAJ. Original paper inside glass. Never used. Screw holders holding glass, picture held between 2 pieces of glass; very rare to see. Has Kickstand to hold upright with a screw tightener; tip broken off (see last pic)...still stands.
