Double petticoat/tutus over a royal blue spaghetti strap hip-length tank top with rainbow striped suspenders. First tutu is rainbow striped netting in classic colors. Second tutu is a double layer flounced and gathered soft black netting petticoat. They can be worn separately. Adult XL/XXL with elastic gathered waist, adjustable suspenders. Both Tutus stretch from 12” to 18”waist, 18”long. Tank is 18” pit-to-pit, 26”long, stretch nylon-spandex L/XL, Maurices. Includes royal blue stretch gauntlets, 11”long elbow to middle of hand with thumb hole. PLUS 22” long blue & teal hair pieces AND large rainbow ponytail scrunchie.
