RAGA Velour Maxi Dress

Deep V embellished neckline and hemline. Absolutely gorgeous. This dress has tags, however, it looks to have had a repair done near the zipper. Dress looks and smells new. No size tag that I can find but measures a size small – medium please check measurements. I am 5 foot nine in this hits me just above the ankle. E-3996
