NWT, women’s size 31, high rise midi, raw hem, button & zipper closure, 5 pocket, vintage cut off Kelsey short. Size 31 Waist: 17” (no stretch to these) Rise: 13” Inseam: 3.5” Leg Opening: 13” Measurements taken lying flat. These were mine, I don’t like high rise, I waited too long to send them back, and would like to get some of my money back out of them. Inseam says 4” but they measure 3.5”.
