R & M Richards Shimmering Blue Bolero Jacket, Size 20W

Fabric is 76% rayon/17% polyester/7% Spandex and is midnight blue. If features a stand-up collar and 3/4 length sleeves. It is lined with matching color lining fabric. It was once a part of a two piece set but I no longer have the dress. It has never been worn and is in excellent condition with no issues found.
