Very lovely Quintessential Women's Aqua and White Sheer Overlay with 3/4 Sleeve Blouse. Size is OX. It is blousy with elastic around the hem. Sleeves are full with a knotted tie at the hem. It has a White shell underneath. I purchased it but never wore it. It is 100% Polyester. It measures 21" underarm to underarm, length is 23" and sleeves are 18". It is full cut on top white the shell underneath is fitted.
