These leggings are missing the tag that provides the fabric contents, but the Blue Fog pair that I'm listing still has the tag and says that the leggings are made of 84% recycled polyester and 16% spandex. Please review the below measurements to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front of the leggings with them laid flat. Note that the fabric is VERY stretchy, so can expand to accommodate larger dimensions than the ones shown below.
