Quilted Collared Heavy Shirt

Not quite a sweatshirt, not quite a sweater. More of a heavy shirt with a collar. Is labeled a Large but it runs small. Fits like a medium. Very cute, just doesn’t fit me. I bought it from a local boutique that does not take returns. Never worn. From smoke free home.
