Quiksilver Sheer Chiffon Black & White Polka Dot Dress Overlay & Slip Dress XS

Quiksilver dress. Size XS. Black and white polka dot exterior shell which is sheer with a white slip dress underneath. The layers attach via a snap at the shoulder. The slip dress has adjustable straps. No stains or blemishes. No yellowing of the underarms. Front button accent with thin lace like strips to the outside dress . I cut the material tag for wearing but saved it as it held the extra button. Polyester/cotton blend. Please reference the photos for measurements.
