apriliris16Click "my purchases" then click on the item, their will be some info like payment & ship date. Scroll down to the bottom of that page. It will say "problems/order inquiry" click on that & then click "delayed shipment" it should cancel your order.. If i remember correctly. Or you could find how to under the frequently asked questions section.. Hope that helps!

brenbren09@fdebbie28 hi posh just sent me a message, they where asking for the item number like duh I gave it to them when I wrote to them. This whole thing is ridiculous. The post office called and said it hasn't arrived at the destination. Like no really, I opened up a claim because it hasn't showed up where it is going this is so aggravating. I am so sorry. I am sending posh another message. And demanding a full refund.

fdebbie28This is what happens with posh. I will never get my money back. They don't answer they don't do anything. This is the second time this haplen. And they have charged me double for shipping and never refunded.. I don't think there is a real live person running this site.
