We usually don't know it's more like a surprise. It usually happens toward the end of the week and weekends. Also, if you lower by 10% on regular shipping days most of the time the buyer will get 3.99 ship. You would know when reduce ship days are because the announcement will be top of screen. Hope that helps! Also, most of the times they will start with giving 1.99 ship and then in the days coming it will turn into 99 cent ship@mquinny96
