Quest-ce Que C'est sweater set

This is a vintage Quest-ce C’est sweater set. Label says: Paris, London, New York All seasons sweater set with vest. Thin weave. Pattern black with thin white stripes. Sweater has white buttons for contrast. The top sweater has a V-neck withs white buttons. The vest has a round neck but not buttons. It is marked extra large but it runs small and there is give in the knit. The fabric is 65% viscose and 35% nylon. Hand wash.
