Queen Crown Royal Tiara Rhinestone Accessory

Boutique Purchase not a cheap Amazon Tiara, this QUEEN Tiara is I believe silver plated?? and it is tarnished and will need to be polished. Has comb clips on either side to keep it in place. I had this as a decoration during the Queens Jubilee and never wore it...has since just sat in my closet so time to let it go. I got this at a boutique in Virginia and it is a better quality vs. online cheap ones you can buy. I am marking the condition as Fair because it will need to be cleaned/Polished to remove the tarnish.
