Quantum Leap: is an Emmy Award-winning science fiction television series following Dr. Sam Beckett (Scott Bakula) as he "leaps" into the bodies of different people throughout history to correct historical wrongs. The Complete Second Season: features 22 episodes, including stories where Sam leaps into a 1950s sailor, a mentally handicapped young man, and helps defend a young black girl in the prejudiced Deep South. The Complete Third Season: also contains 22 episodes, with Sam taking on roles such as a Navy SEAL, a beauty pageant contestant, and a rock star, and even revisiting his own past.
