New with tags. 58% cotton/39% polyester/3% spandex, exclusive of decoration This shirt has a great sparkle to it and the fabric is super comfy - my mom sent it to me and I lost weight and never was able to wear it. Depending on the way the light hits it it can look a little lighter or a little darker but I personally think the darker pics are a better representation I would say.
