Dark blue tunic by Quacker Factory. It has a v neckline and is decorated with rhinestones and simulated pearls. The sleeves are 3/4 length. The back is plain dark blue. It’s in good used condition. Some of the rhinestones and simulated pearls have come off. There are up close pictures of each section of the neckline to show. Up close you can tell. In my opinion, from a distance it blends in.
