cicelymcdaniel @boll69 i have a question about my email. I am trying to enter a new email and it keeps saying that it has to send a verification email to my old email in which I do not have access to? Is there any other way to update my email address other than under MY PROFILE? Also, how do I know where the money is going when I have made a sale? It is not on my account that I have linked for when I have made purchases from POSH? Thanks so much for your help

boll69 @cicelymcdaniel Hi there! Ok I suggest you make a new gmail account so you have access-easiest way. Also, you can link your bank account using your checking account # & your router # that is on your checks. Once they verify that info you are set up to receive direct deposit. Go every weekend to transfer your balance into your account because they do it once a week only. Does that help out some?

boll69 @cicelymcdaniel Of you tap on “my balance” u will see your money there if you’ve sold an item & the seller rates you. Also there is a little green dollar sign in upper right corner of your closet page too.

cicelymcdaniel @boll69 ok yea I see that and it says I have a balance available because I have sold a couple items but it’s not in my bank account that is linked to this account. So you say I have to transfer it? Also, I have an email I want to use, I just cannot seem to update the email that is on here ?
