QVC Gold over Sterling Ring

I bought this at an estate sale and I was told that the lady bought from QVC and HSN regularly, though I can't figure out who's maker's mark is a capital K with a Star right next to it(see in photos). Size 9, beautiful huge CZ in the middle above paved czs.
