QVC G.I.L.I. black skirt overskirt with hidden mini slits XSP

From the front this looks like a normal skirt however slide slits on both sides reveal inner mini-skirt. The waist measures 14" (flat lay). For reference the mannequin is a size 6 and the waist was big.
