Is there damage on the bottom of the blue bowl?

Hello!
Right now I’m looking carefully at the white bottom outside ring. There is a small indented area (shown in photos) that looked like it happened when made. As I feel that area both ways, there is a rough spot that could be a light chip. I will change the listing to reflect.
