Purple leopard Lip Service velvet pants size 9 vintage Hot Topic lace up flares

The epitome of vintage y2k punk, alternative, and mall goth fashion: Lip Service! 💋🥀 This brand was sold at Hot Topic and online. They have since discontinued their manufacturing all together so their clothes can only be found secondhand. Purple, black, and white leopard print velvet patterned fabric. Comfortable, NON-stretch, low-rise, fitted, flared pants with a double snap button closure & a short zipper. Women’s / Junior’s size 9 Approximately 17 inches across the waist when laid flat (please note that these sit low at the hips). Approximately 21 inches laid flat across the largest part of the hip. NO stretch in the material. ❗️ Used in good condition. STRINGS THAT TIE UP THE FLARES AT THE BOTTOM ARE MISSING! PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS! If you have black shoelaces that’s pretty much what they are. ❗️ The black faux leather on the lace up panel, where the rivets are, is slightly peeling.
