Purple gem ring with VII inscribed victorian textured silver ring band - size 7

Gently used condition - may have signs of wear/tarnish. Gorgeous ring - feels like sterling but is unmarked. Not sure what the purple gem is. Size is in between a 7 and a 7.25.
