This is a Biki brand bikini which is purple with yellow trim. I have never worn this because it is too small. It is a large in junior sizing. There is a detachable strap on the top. There is a small tear in one of the ties on the top. Picture included of tear. A couple of stitches would fix it. There is light padding in the cups.

ktgent @amystrock I'd probably say a 4-6. I'm an 8-10. I wear a 36C bra and my waist and hips are 28/38. I hope this helps. It just seems more sized to juniors than women's sizing.
