Beautiful and feminine and fully lined. Skirt and lining are both 100% silk. INC/ International Concepts Silk Skirt with embroidered flowers. Zipper and slit in the back. Flat measurements: 14"; hips: 19.5". Size 8P. This item is gently used and wearable and has normal, but minor, signs of age and use. I did not notice an obvious flaws or holes.
