This plissé (permanently pleated) velvet fabric in rich purple color is leftover from a beautiful custom made assemble, corset and a skirt. It is still good size to make something beautiful out of it. 30” W x 55.5” L.
Fabric expands due to pleating. I don’t remember its content. Might be poly blend.
In new unused condition.
