Elegant perfect for prom, ball, or any special event Size small Measurements- Chest: 30” (model was a little more oomf at the top to zip up so I measured it end to end) Waist: 25” Hips and around butt: 36.5” (< the models size but there is more space if your butt is a little bigger, it can go up to about 39”) Height: I’m 5’4 and It fit me a little over my toes and I wore small heels, I would recommend if wearing high heels that this would fit better for 5’3 or under.
