Fabric and measurements please, including sleeve length from neckline to end of cuff? Thanks!

@shydi0309 I added an additional photo of the fabric components, and the measurements are as follows: Sleeve length- 25” (including cuffs unfolded, 21” if cuffed)
Sweater length- 23”
Sweater width- 19.5”
