@lbyousee I was wondering why this would happen, I’m so puzzled unless the owned kept them in a very very hot place all summer. Anyway I’m just glad I was able to find a pair on the store🙂

@annalong109 Hello I have this exact same boot from Northface. They were a gift and the exact same thing happened. I was told to contact the company and requested a replacement. They are suppose have a warranty. I don’t know if this is true. However, I going to try! Hope you can too. good luck!!! Much Posh love!

@a10m5j4 that’s just too kind of you to let me know this! I threw the boots out already but nevertheless I’m glad you let me know about this option. I just couldn’t believe that boots like TNF will just disintegrate like this, I’m so glad they weren’t that expensive. My husband and I were joking about it, we were like “ this is an eco self disintegrating boots, it will resolve by the time your vacations over”🤣
