Puma double Velcro closure size 11c sneaks

Doesn't give material content but I think the white parts are leather. I did not take it upon myself to try to clean them since I'm unsure of leather. Other than a little dirt, these sneakers are in great, used condition. I found no other flaws such as rips or pulling apart. The last two photos show the dirty parts better. Sole of sneaker measures 7.5"
