Puff-sleeve Ruched Mini Dress by Hutch

This is the new spin on the little black dress! This dress provides a beautiful and unique fit that will surely stand out in any event. The velvet is gorgeously well made and very stretchy and soft. The sleeves have material in them that keeps the shape, the interior is a bit crunchy. I have added a video with the sound, however I doubt this would be a problem when wearing the item.
