Incredibly light weight, but warm up to 32 degrees, true navy lightweight puffer jacket. Can be closed with zipper and snaps or just snapped. Length, without collar, is 24 1/2", sleeve length is 26 1/2". Collar can be worn flat or stands up (2 extra snaps on collar) & is 3" in height .

Yes. Pit to pit is underarm to underarm. Also are there any pockets?
