Hand-painted Native American Jemez pottery vase, crafted by M.T. Chinana. It features tribal designs and a Kokopelli figure, a symbol of fertility and music. Jemez pottery is known for its red and buff colors with matte and polished finishes. This piece is handmade from local clay, fired in a kiln, and hand-painted, making it unique. It measures approximately 3.75" (L) by 4" (H) by 2.75" (W). Decorative clay pottery is not meant to hold liquid. This type of pottery is a tangible connection to the Jemez people's cultural history.
